The soundboard in VoiceMod was easy to set up, use, and had a nicer interface, but the main drawback I found was that, despite how much time I spent tweaking the voices, people still complained that I sounded "glitchy" or that my mic sounded "broken". There are a decent number of voices available, but many of them are pointless or ridiculous, and only two premade male-to-female.

There is a free version, but the changes you can use rotate through a series of "free" selections, and the "Male to Female" voices never came up under free for the two- to three-weeks I was testing. VoiceMod was a solid runner up to MorphVox. MorphVox was the clear winner and the one I decided to stick with for every day use, but it was also by far the most expensive. It was easy to make your own voices, although I didn't find the need to as there were so many available - there are 7 pre-made different male-to female voices available. Although this seems to be an older program and it's not very pretty to use, it had the huge advantage of being the only voicemod I tried that didn't make me sound glitchy and/or robotic.
